We will normally arrange delivery before 9:00 a.m. on the day before surgery and arrange a convenient time for collection the following day.

You will receive the finest instruments and prostheses from Zimmer, the world's number 1 pureplay orthopaedic company.

3. Our Commitment to You

All Zimmer Jointline instruments are decontaminated before despatch and issued with a certificate of decontamination.

Before despatch we will check all instruments to ensure the sets are complete and functional. In the unlikely event of any instrument or implant being missing, we will contact you.

We will endeavour to deliver your instruments and implants by 9:00 am on the day before surgery.

Jointline will provide you with a checklist of all instruments that have been sent to you.
