Large surface support on humeral condyles and wide anatomically shaped medullary stem transfer rotational stress, preventing extreme loading.
The ten-year survival rate is 94.5%. A population of 210 GSB III Elbow patients was mainly comprised of women, mostly rheumatoid arthritis patients. After follow-up for 16 years, only two post-traumatic cases required revision for aseptic loosening.
