I would like to update you on the integration process of Abbott Spine products into Zimmer Spine.
Quadrant Medical are currently the sole distributor for Abbot Spine products within the UK market, however from 5th October 2009 Quadrant Medical will cease trading. I would like to draw to your attention that as of the 5th October 2009 all orders for the products listed below will now go through Zimmer Spine.
New Zimmer Spine Portfolio
Products – Optima ZS, DTO, Dynesys, Dynesys Top Loading, TM100, TM300,TM400, TM 500, VBR, Trinica, Silhouette, Sequoia, Wallis, Universal Clamp, InCompass, Harmony, Fidji, Pathfinder, Accufix, Infix, Fortitude, Traxis
Abbott Spine products from the 5th October will be processed under Zimmer Ltd Terms and Conditions and charging structures.
Please find below cut-off times and availability information for the Customer Services and Jointline team at Zimmer.
- Customer Services are available from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday
- All orders received before 4.30pm will be guaranteed for next working day delivery.
- When a Jointline kit is required for next day delivery, the latest we are able to take a booking is 3.30pm
