ARAS® Retractor Instrumentation
-
Greater distal exposure on curved, non-ratcheting rails with appropriate
retractor blades and smooth controlled cephalad/caudal expansion
- Minimized tissue interference with curved or straight distal ended side plates in different widths and lengths for medial-lateral exposure.
The ARAS Retractor is the simple solution for minimally invasive access to the thoracic and lumbar spine.
|
ARAS provides access through a direct visualization minimizing any changes in surgical techniques and is customizable to meet anatomical challenges in a two-step muscle splitting technique. The ARAS Retractor split tube design is non-ratcheting and expands along smooth rails to achieve the desired opening. Curved rails on the ARAS retractor provide greater distal exposure with a smaller incision. |
|
| The ARAS color coded retractor guide makes selecting the proper retractor length simple. |
|
|
The unique self-locking feature automatically secures the retractor
blades. The ARAS side plates are available in a variety of lengths and widths to prevent tissue from creeping into the surgical site and limiting visualization. |
